How long does it take to implement the TAF HSB on my site?
Implementation takes 1 week from the time you have purchased the HSB. At the end of this period, the widget JavaScript code will be sent to you for integration on to your website.
What kind of backend software does it support?
HSB is independent of your backend technologies and works with all major software solutions.
Do I have to install a program on my server to get the Referral Campaign running?
No, we offer a fully hosted solution. There is nothing for you to install on your end.
What does the integration involve?
To integrate, simply paste the HSB JavaScript Widget code in your product details/ category template page.
How will HSB pick up elements from my website (product, price, etc.)?
Your HSB script is tailor based on the HTML structure of your website. The script identifies your chosen elements from your product page and passes them when a referral is made.
Is there a limit to the number of referrals that can be sent?
No, users can send unlimited referrals.
If I take care of rewarding winning referrers, how do I know who to reward?
We will send you an excel spreadsheet based on the period you chose while designing your referral campaign. The spreadsheet contains details of who should be rewarded.
Can I track TAF HSB results?
Yes, with your subscription to the HSB, you will have access to your Referral Campaign Analytics.
Can I change the campaign midway?
Yes, log into Make My Campaign Wizard on www.holidaysalesbooster.com using your username and password and make the necessary changes.
What if I want to extend the program beyond the 3 months?
At the end of 3 months, your HSB Program will be completed. If you want to continue your Referral Campaign, contact sales@socialtwist.com for details.
What if I run the campaign for less than 3 months? Will it cost less?
No, it is one flat rate to run the campaign for up to 3 months from purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
No, you can cancel your campaign, but there are no refunds.
